It was one of those weddings that made me smile from beginning to end. Their story? They met 43  years ago in a pub back home, and she made the first move. She was a dancer with the Moulin Rouge and had the confidence out of this world. I mean, look at her. I get it. They started a family, and that family grew and they now have the most precious granddaughter. It was a year after her birth that her grandparents decided to get married. Brilliant right? Nelson Gay Villa Barbados Wedding: Alice and Matt

In all my weddings, I think she was the one who surprised me the most. Due to intense travel on both our sides, I wasn't able to meet Alice until the morning of the wedding. I knocked on her door of the beautiful Nelson Gay Villa in St. Peter, Barbados, and she greeted me with the coolest transparent face mask. It was hilarious. I knew at that point, she kicked ass, and we were going to have the best time together. She didn't disappoint. Cooly taking a swig of her whisky before walking out, dancing like there's no tomorrow to the sounds of Dj Chilly, jumping in the pool and dancing some more, this was one bride who didn't give a flying you know what.
